  6.    This  is  a  Sinclair  ZX Spectrum 48k emulator. Includes two versions,
  7. Generic  and  Special  AGA.  The Generic version needs Kickstart 2.04+ and
  8. 68020+  to  run.  The special AGA version needs Kickstart 3.0+, 68020+ and
  9. AGA chipset.
  10.  
  11.    This  is  the list of features of version 2.0b (the special AGA version
  12. lacks all the multitaskig capabilities):
  13.  
  14. - Emulation of a Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48k.
  15. - Stabilized 48k sound.
  16. - Load/save to tape (no turbos yet), or redirected to disk or to ARexx
  17.   scripts for use of complex tape formats, like .TAP.
  18. - ARexx port with 94 functions.
  19. - Fully multitasking.
  20. - Automatic speed adjustement.
  21. - Optimised CPU usage. The CPU time not necessary for the required speed is
  22.   given to the others tasks in multitasking (a 1200/030/28MHz can run two
  23.   copies of Manic Miner in multitasking at full speed, and 10% of CPU
  24.   time is still unused).
  25. - Full emulation of the Spectrum 128k sound (AY-3-8912), with white noise,
  26.   volume waves and 3 channels of 4 bit samples.
  27. - The stereo follows the ABC and ACB distributions used by the AY interfaces
  28.   for Spectrum 48k (the left side contains the 48k sound and the A channel,
  29.   and the right side contains the B and C channels).
  30. - Dynamic assignation of the noise channel for 48k or 128k sound.
  31. - The Spectrum's screen can be put inside a window over any public screen.
  32.   This is possible even with RTG emulations, like the Retina one. The
  33.   emulator tries to adapt to the colors available in the screen.
  34. - System friendly screens can be used for the Spectrum display, even when
  35.   disabling multitasking.
  36. - Emulation of Kempston, Sinclair (Interface II) and Cursor (AGF/Protek)
  37.   joysticks. Even emulates both Sinclair joysticks by using the two joystick
  38.   ports of the Amiga.
  39. - Includes a transfer to save to tape complete games.
  40. - Real border, but not synchronized with VBlank.
  41. - Flash emulated (only special AGA version).
  42. - FASTER version for more speed, but with a less accurate emulation.
  43. - The emulator adapts to the available hardware. If no sound channels or
  44.   CIAs are available the emulator will disable automatically the options
  45.   that use that hardware and run.
  46. - The hardware needed for the emulation is allocated only when the emulation
  47.   is running.
  48. - The windows of the emulator (both the control and display window) are
  49.   appwindows, so you can drop snapshots inside to load them.
  50. - Custom tape interface, much cheaper than a sampler, and really easy to
  51.   build.
  52. - You can run several copies of the emulator in multitasking. The only limit
  53.   for the number of copies running is the available memory and the CPU power
  54.   of the machine (or the patience of the user ;-)
  55. - Step-by-step execution of Z80 code, Z80 disassembling and breakpoints.
  56. - Full emulation of the R register.
  57. - Full emulation of BCD.
  58. - Emulated all the undocumented instructions of Z80.
  59. - AGA version can work in B&W or Color mode.
  60. - Support for several snapshot formats, and possibility to add other formats
  61.   through ARexx.
  62. - Can load/save files crunched with powerpacker.
  63. - On-line keyboard help.
  64. - Pause key.
